What role(s) do you play at the BSP this season?
Miss Dorothy Brown –Thoroughly Modern Millie
Georgie Bukatinsky — The Full Monty
Velma — West Side Story
Ensemble — Tarzan
Ever since I was born, I was always drawn to music and singing. I started my love for theatre watching sing-a-long Disney movies in my living room and putting on performances for my family and friends.
I started dancing when I was three years old and performed in my first production at eight! Since then, I have been in over 30 shows regionally and collegiately. I hope to someday move to New York City and perform in a Broadway production!
How long have you been at Bigfork Summer Playhouse? This is my 2nd summer at the Playhouse! I am thrilled and extremely grateful to be returning this year. Last year, I auditioned at South Eastern Theatre Conference in Louisville,KY. That is where I met the Thomsons and the rest is history! 🙂
What is your favorite thing to do in your “off” time while staying in Bigfork? There are so many fun things to do in this beautiful area, but one of my favorites is to sit by the dock on Flathead Lake. It is so peaceful and is also a great place to enjoy with friends. I also enjoy eating at one of my favorite breakfast places, Echo Lake Café! It is so delicious, and when we start getting our mornings off it is a popular choice!
What are your plans after the BFSP season ends? I will be returning to Coastal Carolina University, which is located in Conway, SC, where I will be a rising senior. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in their Musical Theatre program.
Anything else you would like to add? I want to thank the Thomsons for the opportunity to return to this special place and all of the Bigfork community for their hospitality and support. I cannot wait for another memorable summer!
